Mark Mills, Property Manager in Charge, President
Mark has been involved in business entrepreneurship for over 12 years, starting a successful business technology venture, Mpact Systems, in 2004 before founding Bridgepoint Property Management. Prior to this he spent over 10 years in sales and management roles in the videoconferencing industry. He is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. His passion is real estate, having owned and managed commercial and residential properties since 2008. Mark lives with his wife, Lisa, on the Isle of Palms and enjoys biking, fishing, and hanging out with family.
Brantley Jaco, General Manager
Brantley worked as an Account Manager and Field Service Representative in the healthcare arena for 7 years before joining Bridgepoint. In addition, he started a commercial painting company in 2013 that has been very successful serving apartment complexes and other commercial customers. Brantley graduated from the Citadel in 2009. He is married to Kate and they have two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, football, and enjoying life with his family.
Emily Mills, Marketing and Business Development
Emily began her career in marketing and public relations with SKC Communications in Charlotte, NC in 2010. Her first role in the real estate industry came with Ziff Properties in Mount Pleasant as a Commercial Property Acquisitions Associate. As a licensed real estate agent, she is also currently representing Lee and Associates as a Retail Associate. Emily is building her own property portfolio as well, having purchased her first property before graduating from the University of South Carolina. In her spare time, she is a marathon runner and loves hanging out with her golden doodle, Phoebe.
Kate Jaco, Administration and Customer Support
Kate has been in administrative roles since 2006 when she was the administrative assistant for the Director of Residence Life while in college. After graduating, she was an academic advisor for Provost Academy South Carolina for two years. She was nominated for and won Teacher of the Year for the school in 2011. She then moved on to become a project manager for SKC Communications. Kate is married to Brantley and they have two children. In addition to spending time with her family, Kate enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening.
Lisa Mills, Finance
Lisa has balanced working in small business finance and office management while raising her two daughters over the last 20 years. She has worked in a variety of administrative and customer relations positions including her role as Director of Finance at Mpact Systems. Lisa has supported and assisted her husband, Mark, in a variety of business ventures over the years. Her passions are cooking, shopping, walking on the beach, and (most importantly) playing with their three small grandchildren- Jack, Piper, and Wyatt.
