Mark Mills, Property Manager in Charge, President
Mark has been involved in business entrepreneurship for over 14 years, starting a successful business technology venture, Mpact Systems, in 2004 before founding Bridgepoint Property Management. He is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and graduate of the University of South Carolina. Mark lives with his wife, Lisa, on the Isle of Palms and enjoys biking, fishing, and hanging out with family.
Brantley Jaco, General Manager
Brantley worked in the healthcare arena for 7 years before joining Bridgepoint. In addition, he started a commercial painting company in 2013 that has been very successful serving apartment complexes and other commercial customers. Brantley graduated from the Citadel in 2009. He is married to Kate and they have two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, football, and enjoying life with his family.
Michelle Gambacorta, Property Manager
Michelle worked with Bridgepoint in administration before transitioning to Property Manager in early 2018. Michelle works with single family and multi-family owners and tenants throughout the Charleston region. Prior to Bridgepoint, she spent most of her career in the hospitality industry. In her free time, Michelle loves taking long walks on the beach with her dogs!
Caitlin Angelo, Administration
Catilin Angelo joined the Bridgepoint team in May 2018 and works in customer/vendor relations and financial management. (She is also the pleasant voice you’ll hear when you call Bridgepoint!) Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, 4-wheeling, and making people laugh!
Cindy Joyal, Property Manager
Cindy has several years of experience with multi-family property management and is fluent in all phases of property operations including tenant relations, service and work order administration, and financial and lease managment. Cindy handles a variety of properties including single family homes and multi-family complexes in Columbia and Sumter, SC and is a certified Property Manager in the State of South Carolina.
Lisa Mills, Finance
Lisa has balanced working in small business finance and office management while raising her two daughters over the last 20 years. Her passions are cooking, shopping, walking on the beach, and (most importantly) playing with their four small grandchildren- Jack, Piper, Wyatt, and Eloise.
