Home Watch Services

For many part-time residents and vacation homeowners, there is a need for a trusted local source to provide some personal attention to your property while you are away.  Bridgepoint’s “Home Watch” service provides for this need by helping to keep your home in a “lived-in” condition.  This unique offering is completely tailored to meet your needs.  We offer a variety of Home Watch services, including drive-by visual inspections and in-home walkthroughs.  From “vacation patrols” to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly status checks, we inspect key systems like plumbing, HVAC systems, windows, doors, security systems, and the exterior of your home.   We then provide you with a condition report via email or call you immediately in the case of a critical or emergency situation.  We can also coordinate and meet any vendors who are performing work such as security firms, tradesmen, contractors or others working in or around your home.
